Several years ago, we embarked on a Journey throughout care homes to gather not only experiences, but also what we call ‘Service and Improvement Tools’ which implies generating realistic facts of how carers carry out their duties , the common day to day problems they encounter, and how to better improve them.After our findings show us that many homes are lacking competent, disciplined, quality and well trained agency workers which was what became our motivation and this is how CRS was created.Our Moto is to provide our clients with qualified carers thereby improving their lives in the comfort of their Nursing and Residential Care Homes.
