Our Team of careers have been trained person centered which means they are prepared to take care of your needs no matter the type of care you’re looking for. We only employ Staff who have the right values, qualities and skills to support people in residential and care homes. They receive ongoing training and supervision to ensure they carry out their work to the highest possible standard.

To make sure we employ the right people CRS has a rigorous recruitment procedure. This includes verifying references and undertaking a Disclosure and Barring Service check as this tells us if anyone has any criminal offences.

As we are committed to having knowledgeable, well trained staff throughout CRS, we are also committed to having them trained by the best which is why we employ full time Registered Nurse, Trainer to deliver a range of training to all staff.

As a medical partitional our manager Doctor Fay(Gp) is always on the lookout for possible ways of improving our staff training, therefore, an update training section is available for staff every other month.

We also have a comment section for staff performance and rating which will be given to you and will be collected for review and assessment every week. This is put in place for improvement purpose.

All staff complete a comprehensive 6 week induction programme, with continued training throughout their employment leading to nationally recognized qualifications. All staff have a personal training and development plan to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake their job role.
