Temporary Needs

Our stringent recruitment and registration process allows you to confidently use temporary staff and personnel without being exposed to any employment legislation issues. Supplying contract staff across Healthcare and Nursing, as well as cleaning , we work on needs from the adhoc booking for one person once a month right through to the supply of multiple temps for one contract every day of the week.

You simply confirm needs and the assignment requirements and we take care of the rest from the initial selection of staff, full registration process where we meet every candidate, check eligibility and status, fully reference check and police check where relevant as well as deal with all temporary contracts, holiday pay and national insurance / tax obligations so you just pay one agreed hourly rate without the hassle that often comes with employing temporary staff – that’s our headache !

We believe that honest, reliable and compassionate candidates who want to work in the Healthcare sector are valuable commodities and we regularly recruit from abroad to ensure our clients. In turn, their vulnerable clients, level of care is never compromised by the shortage of suitable candidates already based in the UK.

All candidates are pre-screened face to face, competency-based, interviewed and tested, and come with full recruitment packs, police checks, and references. We are also working on a three-month rebate structure to further reassure the selection process.
